Hi all, anyone know where I can find the properties of this particular part of a curtain wall? I'm able to change the texture/properties of all elements except this piece at the tops and bottoms. Any help would be appreciated.

having this same issue, it's rendering the app nearly useless for me. Any updates on this from VW?

Just solved it, the file was 16 bit, Image props (at least on my machine) need to be from 8 bit images. I adjusted it in PS and solved the issue.

I'm having the same issue, but it seems to be file specific. I am able to create an image prop with some pngs but not all. Resaved, edited, etc to change the image, still no luck.

To reset to the original workspace settings, click Reset Saved Settings from the Session tab of Vectorworks preferences

Sorry for the delay in getting back. It looks like the update to macOS 10.14.2 solved the issue.

Hello all, My version of VW2019 is crashing nearly everytime I use the 2D circle tool. I've created a workaround by using the oval tool, but I rely on that circle tool a lot. Any fix to this that I can do on my end? VW 2019 SP2 (build 463397) 64 bit VW user for 18 years MacBook Pro (retina, 15inch, mid2015) macOS Mojave, vs 10.14.1 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7 16gb 1600 MHz ddr3 Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB
