[Command Pallet in the way]

We have many scripts and I find it very difficult to open the list of commands activate one and try to use it while the list is across my screen. Can you get the pallet to close right after you activate a command? This would make life a little easier.

I have been using MiniCAD and Vector Works for a year now and I would really like to have the ability to create my own buttons with commands I use all the time or scripts I use all of the time. I have created many buttons in AutoCAD and it was easy but have been unable to figure out if it is even possible in VectorWorks. Does any one know how i can do this or has anyone made a script and added it to a button?

[Symbols in wall]

When I insert a red window symbol, using VA, in a wall all of the lines of the window take on the line weight of the wall. My understanding is that only the cut portion of the sash and the glass line is supposed to capture the line weight and all other line remain light. What could be going wrong.

Please include a forum for networking solutions for minicad and vectorworks.

Our office uses MiniCAD 7 and has not found a good way to use MiniCAD on our network.

Is there any documentation on networking solutions for MiniCAD 7?
