Hi Anna - i think the best way to model the heights would be to create stake objects for each height and then create a site model using the stake objects. You'd then need to create a hardscape object for the paving area and apply it to the site model surface. If it's the first time doing this kind of thing you'd probably need to look at the introductory site model videos to see how they work, there are ways to create site model modifiers with specific falls if thats the aim and i think the videos explain how to do that. I think a bit tricky to do overall but hope that helps a bit.
