Andrew Fethes Architects, PA is a small, architecture and interior design studio located in Bergen County, NJ, 10 miles west of the George Washington Bridge. We have a diverse practice with a broad base of commercial and residential clients that are predominantly located in metro New York area. Our projects are defined by a simplicity of expression and a strong sense of appropriateness.
We are seeking to hire a motivated and talented intermediate level staff architect to work on various projects and general office tasks. This position works closely with the principal in providing professional services. The position has a strong emphasis on design conceptualization by computer and by hand, written and verbal communications, construction detailing knowledge, and construction drawing proficiency. The number of years of experience is less important than finding someone who is the right fit for a long-term role at our firm. This is a permanent position.
We are an all Mac office using VW Architect 2019, and VW skills are a "must have" as the right candidate will need to get quickly immersed into our workflows without extensive training. This is not a freelance or outsource position as direct participation in the office is our preferred collaboration method.
