I'm having a different issue actually, I just discovered that the issue is that my student ID image never uploaded to the portal. And when I try, it disappears every time I hit "save changes." Is there a workaround for this?

Hello! I am a student and have uploaded proof of enrollment, but I keep getting a notification that my license is expired. I know that it expires within 30 days without proof of enrollment, but I have uploaded mine already!
