running that updater gives me the same error message stil

Hi hive mind I'm having an issue with my vison dongle. when I go to update the dongle to 2021 I keep getting error messages saying "Complete!, There is a problem with your dongle. please contact support." I've reinstalled Vison and restarted serval times. Vision itself is up to date. My dongle still works with 2020 so i do have a current work around. Any thoughts on what this issue might be? Thanks!
