    @Nicolas, It seems as though it was an administrative user issue but honestly the files have miraculously appeared visible to the office. Thanks for the help.

    I just created a project file on the office server and it is only visible to myself and no one else in our office. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how do I correct this?
