  1. I have recently upgraded to VW 12 and am working on a file that originally began in 11. Everything was going great until I tried to export to DWG. I have about 8 design layers and maybe 30 sheets. When I export most sheets they turn out fine, except the second and third floor plans and reflected ceiling plans. The second floor has nothing on the design layer and the third floor has everything except text and some of the ceiling hatches. When I export the first floor plan it comes out perfectly. I used the exact same method to export all of these. Also when I export only the design layer of these 2 floors it works fine. Does anyone have any ideas about why some sheets would export great and others not at all from the same file? Thank you.
  2. This is a problem I've been having as well. A solution I've found is to remove all spaces in the name of the file and add the .mcd extension before sending to a PC. So for that has worked every time. Mel Barker [ 09-04-2003, 11:29 AM: Message edited by: nowright ]
  3. Don, If you want to change all arrow sizes at once, first go to Organize - Custom Selection. In the Custom Selection Dialog Box first pick Select Only then click Criteria. In the Criteria Dialog Box chose "Arrow Style" - "Is" and the style you are using. Click OK. This should select all the arrows of that style. Now go to the Attribute Palette. Click the button in the lower right coner and scroll down to edit. Set Arrow Attributes Dialog Box appears. You can edit the size by changing the length. Since I don't have a plotter, I print pdf's and send those by email to be plotted. Occassionally I get the bunched text in the pdf. I just always reprint the file and it has never happened twice in succession.
