about language

I used VW10 version form HK China and update 10.0.1,and I can do minicad7 before. and my computer working now between VW10 and minicad7. So language option in Win2000 is OK.

In chinase word version on program was Big-5 and GB, can you please tell me where VW10 version difference? I doubt Is a problem. do you think of it?

[always in demo mode]

I have installed vectorworks9.5.1(update9.5.2) and key serial number and take dongle (keypro) on my computer. But the program was always in demo mode ,and dialog box" menu item is not authorized for use in this application".

Have tried re installing and on another machine(win2000,win90se,NT4.0 workstion). but stil.

Registration in 02/9/9.

If the dongle is damage, can change new?
