  1. Would anyone be able to tell me how to turn off the solid fill behind the text in reference markers. When I use these objects with "config 1" I am unable to have very many letters or numbers in either category before a solid fill begins to appear outside of the markers circle. If the solid fill is turned off the fill behind both the text and the circle is removed. I would like to be able to still have a solid fill be hind the circle but not behind the text. I am using VW V11 Any help would be appreciated Thanks Denny [ 07-27-2004, 09:11 PM: Message edited by: superden ]
  2. I think I may have come across a solution. Apparently there is a proplem with the first addition version of the New Zealand/Australia VW architect. We have spoken to the New Zealand suppliers and they are sending out a version 2 to their customers so hopefully this will solve my problem.
  3. at first yes, but it would not recognise it so I edited one of the existing workspaces and deleted my original.
  4. sounds very similar to something that happened to me. Everything was going well and then I tried to change someting on the attributes box, I think that I was changing a color fill to a hatch pattern and vw crashed on me. Every time I opened up that project from the last saved version it would do the same thing. Cant remember exactly what I did to fix the problem but I think that a complete shutdown of my computer fixed the problem. Cant explain what was wrong but I think that fixed it.
  5. I’m having a little difficulty with VW architect that I thought you might have a quick answer to. I am unable to create site models. I have tried several different methods including the grid entry method and the 2d polygons to 3d contours. This part works fine and the locus points are created but when I go to the AEC menu and select site model things don’t go so well. The site model box comes up and I select the layer options and the properties that I want. All goes well until I hit OK. The first thing that happens is a script error comes up telling me that a vectorscript error has occurred and to refer to the error output for further info. The error output says - Error: _587 _137 - Menu cannot be found. Edit Plant Catalog At first I thought that it may have been a problem with my set up so I uninstalled VW and then reinstalled. Before I reinstalled VW Architect add on CD I created a site model using the VW standard set up, which worked fine, no problems at all. Then I installed VW Architect and the original problem occurred again. Any help you could give would be much appreciated Thanks
