Hi, I have been missing this function since I started working with Vectorworks 15 years ago. With update 4 the new function of label styles was added to the Spotlight version. (I'm not sure if this is the correct term in the international version as I use the German version. Here it is called “Etikettenformat”. I have built a kind of workaround to partially solve this problem. The labels can be made to look like a spreadsheet row. Unfortunately, before exporting, you always have to update the sheet in which the data is entered and then the label object on the layout sheet. But with this you get a list as PDF which is divided into pages. In my example DIN A4. Unfortunately, the automatic scaling in the columns does not work. If I notice in a project that the strings are getting longer and no longer fit into the column, you can easily adjust the text size in the basic label. My example is related to spotlight data in order to be able to export a fixture sheet. But you can easily adjust die Labels to any Worksheet you want to export a list. thanks Pat for the quick reply. Unfortunately, that's what I feared. Do you think it works with a string node that contains the hyperlink as a string? Then I would pull the data from a list in the marionette.

Hi everyone, I am in the process of creating a kind of wiki from a worksheet in Vectorworks. Column 1 of the worksheet shows the topic. Column 2 of the worksheet contains a suitable hyperlink. The aim is to select a topic via a pop-up query and then get a pop-up that contains a clickable hyperlink. So far I have only managed to display the hyperlink as text. However, this is not clickable. Does anyone have an idea if it is possible to get a working hyperlink in the pop-up? Thanks in advance. Test Marionette Wiki.vwx

So happy with your help. The script brings me directly to another idea. Do you think it is also possible to create a script that selects the remaining fixtures of the same type used in the drawing based on an activated fixture? So if I have a Fixture selected I run a Shortcut to select the rest of the same Fixtures? Bonus. Possibly even for similar plugin objects, like speakers etc.? Tia Tom

Hi there, Unfortunately, I have little to no experience with Vectorscript. So far I have created scripts via Marionette or menu commands. I often want to select Light Instruments by its "Fixture Name". Therefore I used Vectorscripts to select them by their individual name. Script looks like this: DSelectAll; SelectObj(INSYMBOL & INVIEWPORT & ((PON='Lighting Device') & ('Lighting Device'.'Inst Type'='ALEDA B-EYE K20'))); I have all these scripts in the Scriptpallette: 'Sel Scheinwerfer' The annoying thing is that so far I have to modify each script individually as soon as I add new light instruments to the drawing which I have not used before. It would be great if its possible to use a script that creates the individual scripts for the light instruments currently imported in the drawing. Is this possible? Maybe someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks for your help in advance Tom

I hoped to get rid of several different Worksheets (Worksheet Query) for getting a Symbolcount for our Warehousetool with the cool new features. Anyway I like the new speaker array tool. Thank you.

Hi all, in Vectorworks 2021 it's possible to use real Symbols in the Speaker Array Tool. So far so good, I'm really happy about this feature. One thing amazes me. It seems that the Symbols disappear in the worksheets if you set angles inside the Speaker Array, which we'll always have. In the attached Picture you can see the Problem. Array 1 is without angles. Array 2 with a Bumper Angle Array 3 with Bump/ Sub at 0° and Speaker at -4° Worksheet Count in the first Situation is good. Does somebody has any idea what I have to change or is this a bug?
