  1. Me and my friend've been using the student 2017 trial to work together on the same project without an issue, but my license expired and had to request a new one today. As I reinstalled (using same installer we used a month ago, just with the new serial number) it now says I can't open the student file on professional... yet I made sure the license was not for the professional trial but the student's one. By this moment I can't find a way to work on my file, there's no way I can finish my assignment and can't go back to the older version. Trial and licenses were acquired from the student's portal for Costa Rica, we didn't have to contact a local distribuitor. Is there's a way I could easily fix this? I'm about to panic about my final review Take care! -
