Hi - I just bought and installed the latest version of VW on a year old IMac pro which seemed to have all the required hardware to run the software. The installation seemed fine and an icon appeared on the bottom but when I clicked to start the program it just gives a small box in the middle of the screen and then a circling image showing something is moving. It stays like this until using force quite where it advises that VW is not responding. Is it advisable to uninstall and retry as a first option - any other suggestions??
