please tell me how to update the highlighted quantities of the wall object shown in the image one into the records of the wall object shown in image 2 automatically such that the changes made in the object dimensions also reflect in their records

We want to analyze the drawings made on vector works using wall components and customized symbols for doors and windows. The drawing made is a floor plan for an apartment and we want to calculate certain ratios such as the - 1) total floor area vs the circulation area 2) total length of walls vs the length of walls that are shared between the apartments. We want to know how to use worksheets , records, reports to find out length, breath, area of the objects in the drawing for the same. It should ideally update the changes made to the area, length, breadth of the object into the worksheet as well.
