Matt, good spot. Yes, its a new, more interactive, “Field of View” slider that has been added to the “Custom Perspective” configuration dialog. The value is in degrees and constrained to the range [1, 120]. You can still override that range by typing in a higher value, but you'd be starting to get into 'fish-eye' lens territory by that point.

Hey Jonathan, good to see you've been looking into the AI Visualizer. A couple of tips that we have found is to try taking off the Edge Lines on Shaded and also to try without shadows.

As the previous response suggested, you may need to get into Marionette. I may be oversimplifying your requirement, but in the example you gave, if you select the desired extruded objects, and type in a new extrusion height, the selected objects will all change to the new extrusion depth.
