    Solved by new Installation of Vectorworks 2017 with Vectorworks 2017 SP4 istallation pack.

    Error: "Could not find the factory default preferences in Vectorworks Preferences.xml" after installing Vectorworks 2017 SP4. New installation is working up to SP3, after installing Vectorworks 2017 SP4 Error: "Could not find the factory default preferences in Vectorworks Preferences.xml".
