  1. Hi @EAlexander, Vectorworks 2024 hides the snapping section in the status bar when there is no document open. After opening at least one document, you should see the snapping section. Please let me know if this is not the case on your computer. Thank you!
  2. The size issue of searchable pulldowns (such as Layers and Classes) from the View Bar will be addressed in update 4. We are still investigating the height issue of the docked palettes.
  3. Hi @Catmansound, Thank you for the comment. The issue that the searchable pulldown menus from the view bar on Windows do not remember their sizes has been fixed in update 4 betas. You will see it addressed in update 4. Can you provide more info about "tool set" and "attributes menus"? Thanks!
  4. This restriction is due to the use of a modal dialog. We will address it in VW 2025.
  5. "Additionally, on the Windows version, the drawings are not tabbed." > There is a menu command for it. "In 2022, drawings could NOT be selected by clicking on the tab on the Mac side." > This shouldn't happen. If it happens, please file a bug. Home Screen > Thanks to @Pat Stanford! Yes, you can uncheck "Display Home Screen on startup" and "Display Home Screen on closing the last document" to not display the Home Screen. There is a close button in the title bar. You can click it to close Home Screen.
  6. Hi @MGuilfoile, Thank you for posting this question. We noticed this bug recently and have fixed it in SP6. Best, Payne
  7. Hello @SGSF 42, Vectorworks Web Helper-related processes are created by Vectorworks to provide Chromium functions. For example, the initial Sign-in dialog, the Home Screen, and other web palettes and dialogs use it.
  8. Hi @Minna, Can you see the Landmark OIP now? If not, could you post your "Landmark.vww" (if you have one in your user folder, path = "User folder/Workspaces/Landmark.vww") and "User folder/Settings/SavedSettings.xml" so I can investigate? Thanks.
  9. Hi @Ride, Thank you for the information. I am wondering if you have access to Jira, https://jira.vectorworks.net/, our bug report system. If you do, could you create a bug report and attach your zipped 2020 user folder so that I can investigate the crash. If you don't, you can attach your user folder here or sent it to me, pchang@vectorworks.net. The path of your 2020 user folder usually looks like /Users/user_name/Library/Application Support/Vectorworks/2020. Best regards, Payne
  10. Hi @Ride, Do you still have this issue? I know you have posted this question a while ago. If you do, I should be able to help. Please let me know if there is anything I can help with the migration manager issue. Sincerely, Payne
  11. Thanks a lot for providing your workspace file. I will investigate the issue and make improvements in future releases.
  12. Hello gfebres, Thank you for your posts and updates. We would like to fix this issue in future releases. I am wondering whether you migrated your 2018 workspace file or edited your 2019 workspace file before the shortcut issue. If you did use Migration Manager, I am wondering if you can send your 2018 workspace file to me so I can investigate. Thanks, Payne Chang (pchang@vectorworks.net) Vectorworks Software Engineer
