[Vision 2020 only 2 DMX universes when I have 4 on 2019]

Hi,

 

Can someone tell me why I can only use 2 DMX universes on vision 2020, yet when I bought Vision 2019 I bought a pro licence which is 4 universes.
I have to say I think the support on vision is atrocious and very disappointing.

HI, Can you help me,

I have just bought Vision 2019 and I am running on a Mac

OS 10.13.6

the program runs fine till I send it some data from the desk and then crashes.

I have also tried loading Vision on to a windows PC and it will not even open?

 

I have downloaded the latest version including SP1

 

Any ideas?
