Callouts trouble in VW2016

Does anybody have the problem with callouts where every time you open a new callout, the window opens with the text from the previous callout? When I start typing, it adds the new text to the end of the old note. I have to select all, and then type over the old note every time I do a new callout.

Custom Title Block - Multi-Line Text Fields Don't Automatically Wrap

This has been an annoying part of custom title blocks for a long time. The only fix I've found is to type the multiple line as you want it to appear in a normal text box, then copy and paste it into your data field. This definitely needs to be addressed.
