Hi, I design large scale events and use VW for 2d plans for design, GPS mark out and for multiple plans for multiple agencies. I can have an event which will cover 10 square miles and we would divide this up with 50sqm grid reference. The main venues and content are then listed in the key with the grid reference next for ease to find. My question is there a way that this can all be automated? Where as the symbol is moved through the design it's new location and grid reference is then updated automatically? AT the moment I just have a separate layer with grid lines, letters and numbers to show the reference on the viewports. Thanks in advance. Mike VW Landmark 2021

When using the renumbering all feature on data tags. Only the data tag that has been selected to bring up the edit tag data function changes despite all the options being correct. I have watched the VW University Data Tags Live Session multiple times where this function is covered and I cannot for the life of me work out why it doesn't appear to work for me. Are there any known issues out there? Thanks in advance

Scratch that it was in the original attributes. Thank you both very much for your help. Mike

The override work for all but one symbol and one group in the drawing. At first I thought it was that the object themselves were not coloured by class in attributes however that hasn't fixed it. Any ideas?

Hi, how is it possible in a viewport to show only the data visualisation objects in colour and all other objects/layers in black and white? - without this affecting viewports which require all colours visible. Thanks

I am not sure how I would make a video of this. It just misnames files by default when publishing.

Everytime I publish a set of drawings only one drawing will have the updated issue number all other's will revert to a previous issue number despite ensuring all sheets is selected when updating the issue number.
