maybe it comes up in a pop up window that I dont see? because on the downloading page I see this quote: Please keep this window open until the download is complete. maybe this means that at the end something appears on the screen? I still didnt saw any serial number...please help me!

Hi all, I've downloaded my student version of VW2017 and when the installation begins the software requires the serial number. Can you please tell me where I can find it? Its not in my student portal neither in my email...... thanks!
