[Extension request for expired licence]

It is a student license which I tried to renew through student.vectorworks.net 

It says 'Thank you for your interest in Vectorworks! We will review your request shortly.' and has been like that since yesterday .

I tried to renew my Vectorworks 2015 licence yesterday, however, it has not been renewed yet. I have a project that is due in on January 4th so I need to use it ASAP!

 

How long will I have to wait for it to be renewed? Can anyone help me out?
