It would be very helpful if the "Visibility Tool" could be used when you enter the annotations of a viewport. It would be even more helpful if it had a toggle mode which would make the tool change/not change the active classes/layers of the viewport you are annotating.

It would be very useful to be able to keep a certain object in the front or back. For example, it would be like "Send to Front" or "Send to Back" but it could be called "Keep in Front" or "Keep in Back". This would be helpful for keeping annotations are the forefront.
