I started a new file in VW2022 and I'm unable to insert windows. When I bring the window to the wall it wants to insert the jamb edge at the midline of the wall. Never had this problem before. Any thoughts as to how to fix this?

I was having issues with a window schedule from past projects so I thought I would work off the preformattted vw window schedule. When the report was generated about alf my windows show duplicates. I saw in an old post also about duplicate windows that you could add criteria to the database. First of all the existing criteria says "Layer is title sheet". No windows on my title sheet. When I added criteria lines: Layer is proposed main floor and Layer is proposed upper floor assuming that if there were windows floating somewhere that I couldn't discern, though I checked every layer, those criteria would cut the duplicate windows out but the number that showed at the bottom went to zero.

I've attached an image of the window schedule with the database header. A few of the windows are styled but not all.

I transferred a window schedule from another project. It put the correct information for the ID, and size of window but the the other columns have been filled in incorrectly. ie. All windows show as casement, when they are mostly double hung. It won't allow me to change any of the values. I checked it against the worksheet from which I imported it and the database criteria is the same. Any ideas as to what could be wrong? Thanks

In the header I have the command ='Door'.'IDLabel' as I've done for previous projects. This time instead of the door labels showing up below 01, 02 etc the same label='Door'.'IDLabel' is showing up in each of the label boxes. I can't figure out where the mistake lies. Any ideas?

I created a new door schedule and in the column that usually lists the door lables each entry now reads =(door i.d. label). What do I need to do to get the actual door id to show up?

I tried that first but it didn't work. The window kept defaulting back to the visible window class.

In the attic there is a gable window. I want it to show in elevation but not on the floor plan-I made an invisible gable window class and changed the classes to that in the window settings but the actual window class still shows as the regualr window class and therefore still shows on the plan. I need to turn it off in plan as it overlaps with a lower window. What do I need to do that I'm not?

I had to create my own contours for a site from 2' to 16' . The site model shows them from 306' to 320'. How do i bring it down so that the house can sit on it?

Urban site without survey. I created my own contours from 2' - 16'. when The model was created the elevations show as 314' - 320'. Now the site model is way above my house model. How do I bring them back together?
