  1. I am having the same issue. Other tools (video for example) work properly within the Workgroup folder in our Dropbox however it doesn't seem that Vectorworks recognizes the Audio Tools folder in the Workgroup folder. Vectorworks does recognize items placed in the Audio Tools folder locally on my machine in the Vectorworks 2019 application folder. The same is true of the AudioToolSetData.XML file. I have verified that the path is correct.
  2. What Nik says, the software can't handle not having continuous access to the XML file. Try either pausing syncing to your cloud while working in LW/VW or save the XML in a file that only exists locally on your machine.
  3. I have found that the Align and Distribute within the Spotlight toolset causes Vectorworks to lock up if you attempt to align/distribute symbols which are placed in the same location in your drawing. For example if you copy and past objects on top of each other, the tool will not work. If your symbols are spread out, this does not happen. This bug has been reported and will hopefully be resolved with SP2.
  4. UPDATE: This bug seems to have been resolved with the SP1 release of VW2017 this week. Thanks!
  5. Hi All, I'm having some trouble with the Hoist tool when I import a drawing from 2016 to 2017. If there are hoists existing in the drawing from 2016 when I do the import, as soon as I make any changes to the hoist in 2017 my Load Trim data displayed on the plot converts from feet and inches (ex. 19'0") to a decimal to the power of 1' (ex. 1.9e01'). The data in the OIP under load trim still reads as 19'0". I've attached a couple of photos. My workaround for the time being has been to delete all of the hoists using 2016 before I import to 2017. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. Thanks!
