[Missing Resource Color for lighting objects Spotlight]

I have been working on a document in 2018 and suddenly the Color of my lighting symbols has disappeared.  I do not have Black and White Only checked and I also do not have use layer color in document preferences checked. I do have 2 viewports used in the show.  Are there any other settings that could be causing this?

Hello.

I'm wondering if it is possible to use festoons or star drops in spotlight 2016. If so, where would I find the symbol and how would the length of the symbol be accessed?

[change fixture color]

I am trying to change the rendered color of a VL 3000 from black to gray and not having any luck. I tried editing the 3d component and changing the solids color, and when I render in that window, it changes, but when I exit the symbol editor and render the scene, it does not apply to the vl 3000s. Ideas?
