I can no longer get a pocket door to appear correctly on a Sheet Layer at Low detail level. Attached shows Design layer, Sheet layer at MED detail level, and the offending Sheet layer at Low detail level...

I can't get a cased opening window to display in plan. Also, there appears to be an additional wall panel as part of the window...?

In 2024, I can't insert a symbol into a roof as a skylight. It inserts as a dormer (as per 2023), but there's no node to click on to change it to a skylight...

Does anyone know what the Vectorworks Web Helpers are which are running on my Mac? (see screenshot attached)

I’m looking to replace my 2019 iMac (3.2 GHz i7, 16 GB ram), as its getting a bit slow (I bought it refurbished from Apple 2 years ago as an emergency stop-gap!) Looking at the current range of new iMac’s they appear limited in terms of RAM and power, compared to the Vectorworks min recommended spec (Mid level User). Any suggestions for what to buy?

And does anyone know why when I insert a door into a wall, the wall junctions on said wall become mitered? (See screen shots before and after)

Hello I can't seem to control the appearance of my window in wall in VW 2023 The attached screenshot shows the window with details on (above) and off. With details on, the jamb lines are missing. With details off, the jamb lines are missing and the window looks nothing like a window... Any ideas?

Yes - the file was created in VW22. My concern was that this workaround needs to be carried out every time I open a previous VW22 file...

I've a problem where VW 2022 (sp3) will not load on my mac (HS) laptop: I get a message as attached; I hit 'Close'; VW loads momentarily; then crashes. Any ideas?

I'm having trouble getting my elevation & section viewports to display wall edges and jambs in black since upgrading to 2022. The attached shows 2021 vs 2022. I've normally changed all pen line colours to be black in the section viewport class properties, but this has no effect now in 2022 - ie the wall edges and jambs etc show the class pen line colour (pink & red in the attached) and I don't seem to be able to override... Is there something I need to do to change this?
