  1. @blimey Sorry, I haven't gotten much further on my progress. I'll try to get back into it sometime soon!
  2. The popup node was added after 2016, nodes are now searchable in newer versions by name and by category due to upgrades to the resource manager.
  3. @The Hamma Oh boy, sending me back a couple years to try to think of my reasoning ūüėõ It very well may be more efficient to just iterate and delete without storing them, but it probably wouldn't make a huge difference unless the file is humongous.
  4. @max123456 It is still not possible to lock a Marionette network or object.
  5. @DaviesTheChair Any chance you can share that file with me? Either to this thread or in a private message? I'd like to take a look.
  6. Marionette Menu Commands are stored in your user folder User Folder > Defaults > Marionette > Marionette Command Library.vwx Open the file, in the Resource Manager you should see wrapper symbols for each command you've created. You can just delete the commands there and restart Vectorworks and they should be removed from the list.
  7. Hi @Tom M. Any chance you'd be willing to send me that file (or a simplified one) so I can take a look at your network? You can send it to me in a direct message if you aren't comfortable sharing to this thread.
  8. So I think the primary reason is the command used in those nodes doesn't behave the same between networks and object nodes. One way to specify the drawing order would be to use an ordered list to determine which object is drawn first and so forth.
  9. Unfortunately at this time the fields in the OIP are static, there's no way to have them rely on another value and there's no current way (that I'm aware of) to disable them.
  10. @sully8391 Can you tell me which service pack you're running? I don't see this issue in 2020, but I want to see if I can reproduce in the 2019 SP you're using. Thanks, Marissa
  11. I'd have to re-explore! I actually haven't looked at this since I posted. I'll try to take a look later today.
  12. Hopping in to share another file that might help
  13. This issue is still open in our tracking system. I'm adding a note to it with a link to this thread.
  14. I've never encountered this. Networks should only run when told to. Can you privately message this file to me with the steps to reproduce the trigger? Thanks!
  15. What point of the text are you hoping to get? The center? The point where the text starts? I would recommend using Get 2D Center if you would like the center of the text, or using the information provided by Get Bounding Box if you would like to calculate a point on the boundary of the text object.
  16. Can you send me the file you're using either on this thread or privately?
  17. @rseybert Can you tell me which service pack you're running?
  18. You could still take some of the recommendation from @m.graf and duplicate the rectangle, convert to poly, retrieve points, then delete. You'd just need to sort values to find the corner you're looking for.
  19. Right now my suggestion is to use the Get Width and Get Height in the Object Info category for those values, I'm looking into the best method for the referenced point while rotated since the naming of those points when rotated may not be accurate. I've also submitted a bug to update the Get Rectangle node once I've gotten a good solution.
  20. I'm looking into this right now.
  21. @AlHanson This is a known issue and is being worked on.
  22. This file has updated GetPixRGB and ReadImage nodes that should work across all versions after 2017(?) (I can't recall which version we added the install library commands) ImgProcessing_(2)_v2019_v2020.vwx
  23. I have a fix for this. Let me find the revised nodes and I'll get back to you.
  24. My approach to this would be to use 3D control point nodes. If you can provide a small file or image demonstrating a simplified object you're trying to create, I can mock up a small network for you.
  25. @GRZEGORZ This is a known issue! I'm working on resolving it but I think it's not quite there yet. Let me see if I can find the latest node revision and you can let me know how it's working for you.
