That is a library currently in development. It should be out on VSS with the next release.

Yes this is true. But only the ETC PC version of the offline editor (which is free) can output signal to ESP Vision. The Mac version of offline does not output anything.

I have been doing some research on this, and found the ETC offline editor (for PC only) has the ability to send Artnet to ESPVision. There is a slight pulse every so often to the lights in the software as this is a free setup, but you could try that.
