Dimension Holes in Sheet Layers

For the love of Pete why can't VWorks dimension a hole? I get the message "radial dimensions can only be used on circles" so then I have to draw a circle over the hole in the view port annotations and dimension that circle. Am I missing something? If so please help. Why in the world is this even an issue? Can VWorks please learn to dimension the diameter of hole without having to draw it twice?! -
It would be great to have two VWorks files open side by side when using two monitors. I often need to copy or reference details from client's VWorks files into my own more specific drawings, and it would be wonderful to be able to easily have 1 file open on each screen without needing to stretch the program across them, rearrange my palettes, and more or less Jerry-rig a solution. Thank you.
