[How about an eMac?]

Hi, I'm currently using an eMac at our office and it works great! If you really want to have some power than maybe you could wait until the new Mac (G5 or so) is released, then the G4's will probably drop in price. But for a cheaper solution you could buy de eMac (and some extra memory). Good Luck

Hello, I just made a hatch for bricks with a size of 200 x 52.5 with a 10 mm joint. Maybe you can use it? Can i e-mail it?

Is there a plugin to use LWA (lightworks archive) objects in VW? You can download all sorts of textures from the lightworks user site that look quite nice. Thanks!

[Quicktime VR]

Wouldn't it be nice to have the possibility to export to a QT VR movie, or make panoramas? One of the possibilities now is to export to Cinema 4d, but that means you have to buy a new program and plugin. Maybe something for the next release?

[NURBS Sphere]

thanks for the quick response.

i tried to turn on the class, but the only classes are none and dimension. When I convert a sphere to a nurbs object, the OIP says that the width, height and depth are all 0!

when i do the same procedure in the VW10 demo, it works fine. Any suggestions? maybe there's a VW preference that i need to change. i tried the 2d and 3d conversion ( low setting), but that didn't help.

How to create a NURBS Sphere?

I tried to convert a sphere (made with the sphere tool) to a NURB. But it turned invisible and I could find the NURB after deselecting. Does anybody has a good way of creating a NURBS Sphere? Thanks.

When I insert a self-made symbol of a L-shaped window, my wall is cut off very strange. The wall contains a hole from the top of the "L" to the right-bottom of the "L" (Still following? ). I hope someone can help me ! Thanks

[Images, Textures & rendering]

If you are using 50 textures in one project, there must me one or more textures that you can use in other projects. Why not make a library of textures that you can import in your new model. I have made a small library of textures that I use for most of my architectural models. Is saves lots of time.

Instead of viewports, why don't you use the numpad keys to quickly switch between different views? using the 1,3,7 and 9 you even get isometrics!

I want to know if it's possible to insert a superscript text in VW 9.5.3? Here in Holland we use to "superscript" the 2 for use in square meters (m2). I tried to copy and paste it from a text editor, but no luck. Anyone got an answer? thanks

[3D Trees]

One way is to make a tree out of a cylinder and a sphere. For the sphere you should try and make a texture with an eroded transparancy filter (play with the settings untill you get the result you want). This works quite nice, you even get shadows. I hope this helped.

[QTVR?]

If you want to create QT VRs or Panorama's you should try Cinema 4D, it's got a lot of export formats. So the only problem then will be exporting your VW model into Cinema 4D, but that's another topic

[OSX Crashes]

Unfortunatly there are more bugs that make VW crash on our OS X machines. It gets even worse when trying to open VW in OS X 10.2. I hope that VW 10 (X) will be out soon and that these bugs are covered.

[print multiple sheets]

I did add it to my workspace and the command shows up just fine, but when I want to print the sheets I chose the only prints I get are what's inside de Print Area. When I move the print area to match my sheet it doesnt't work as well.

I tried the Panzercad plugin but it doesn't seem to work for me. I'm using VW 9.5.2. Is there any documentation for this plugin?
