  1. Hello! I have a list of net area's and want to do a size comparison. To do this I'd like to make a square with a specific area, and let VW decide the dimensions. E.g. make a square with 5 sq m by 2,3...... x 2,3...... m. Trying to first calculate this will take me a lot of time, and furthermore will always rely on an estimation. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance! Sem (VW 2015 Architect)
  2. Do you know if it's also possible to execute this command in 3 dimensions? So that not just the x and y axis move, but also the z axis. In the case of your drape surface i want the reference plane to move towards the end of the model aswell, and scale accordingly.
  3. [font:Arial]The VW2015 does the trick perfectly. But do you guys know why an angled line becomes rounded in the command? Is there any way to prefom the command without the rounding? [/font]
  4. Wow, that helped me alot bcd! I'm currently running VW 2014, so im goint to see if it works with that, or else I'll upgrade. Thanks so far.
  5. Thanks for your answer Peter, but it won't solve the problem. You see, I'm making a model in 3d to use to 3d print (or otherwise manufacture) a phisical model. This model should have the perspective distortion in a phisical way, a camera distortion wont help me there.
  6. I have the following problem, and it's quite complicated, so bare with me here. I have an 3d landscape modelled, and i want to scale it. But not evenly. I want the model to scale let's say 1:250 at one side and 1:500 at the other side. So that the model will have an exaterated perspective. Things would appear smaller in the back than they would in the front. Obviously everything in the model should scale with the two ends, so it would evolve graduately. If one would imagine the model with an box around it, i want the cubical bow to become tapered. But I cannot move the grips if I make a group. Any thoughts? Maybe different software? All help would be very much appreciated! VW 2014 Mac/Windows
