  1. I tried again with SP2.1 and SP3.1 and that works! Thanks very much for your input!!
  2. After installing the laterst Updater, I tried to download a windows update as follows: ".\Vectorworks 2019 Updater.exe" cli download-update -p w D:\ SP2 SP3 but received a Java error (see attached image). Tried it on a different computer, but got the same error??
  3. I have a similar problem with the 2017 Viewer, which asks me to update the library but fails with the message: The following library could not be updated: Vectorworks Libraries. Verify that you are connected to the internet and have write access to the application libraries folder. The viewer is installed on a laptop with Windows 10 Home and run as administrator. Version: Benelux - 2017 SP1 (Build 333939) 64 bit Which folder is the program trying to access?
