Thank Jonathan, Would you build the peaks with 3D poly and wrap the frame with loft tool?

Hi all, Would anyone be so kind as to tell me if designing a shell, loft or sweep is possible in the style of this: Philips Pavilion If so what's the best way to achieve it? Thank you
