I have to use VW 2009 as the company uses it, but it fails to install. At first it failed after a minute with an error, so I updated my mac to 10.7.4, (lion os) and it seemed fine. Installed all the way to the end and then said 'Installation failed, see installlog.txt'. I've tried downloading the 10.7.5 Update, but it refuses to install to my hard disk (says the drive does not meet the requirements). I thought that would help but seems I can't check. Does anybody know why my VW wouldn't install? It installed on my previous laptop that was exactly the same, doesn't make sense... please help!

I have a similar problem, except I updated my mac (10.7.4, lion, 2.6ghz Core i7), and then vectorworks 2009 installed right up until the last point and then said, 'install failed, see install log.txt' - does anybody know why this is happening? I don't have a choice but to use 2009 because that is what the company is running on. Please help!
