  1. I'm trying to add some simple light fixtures that are default ETC lighting fixtures from the standard VW libraries to my drawing, but when I try to edit the light properties the dialogue box doesn't appear like it normally does. I'm also noticing that even though many fixtures are in the drawing the Visualization drop down doesn't have any "Lights" in the drawing. How can we fix this? I'm using VW2012 Spotlight+Renderworks SP5
  2. Has anyone ever had problems with fixtures not showing the correct beam angle when "drawing beam" of an instrument? I have a numerous amount of cyc lights that keep drawing the beam at different random angles even though all of the focus points are at the same height. My field angle is 80 deg. and my beam angle is 60 deg. FYI I'm not planning to use a cyc light in real life, trying to emulate the type of light that a large LED wash fixture would output. Let me know if there's any suggestions out there!
  3. I ended up getting rid of the Source 4 pars anyway and putting in ETC Source 4's which somehow fixed the focus point issue. It's weird that the pars are unfocusable in that file. It still seems like it's a bug that needs fixed in VW. Anyway, here's the latest picture pulled from VW. It still needs some Photoshop work before it's finalized. The human figures are actually pulled from some SketchUp that I found online.
  4. I'm trying to get some fixtures focused on the stage/people in the picture below. The beams for these fixtures are drawing correctly, but the light keeps rendering about 6 feet too high (z-direction). Never had any problems with focus points not rendering correctly before. Any suggestions?
