Found solution: click 'enable 2D plant rendering' in Object Info Window.

Hi, I saw on a tutorial movie that you can tick a box called 'mass overlapping plants' under the edit definition option -> render tab. This adds the surface of all the plants together so it looks mass planted. For some reason when I do exactly the same, it doesn't work?

How come I can't edit the hatch settings? You know how you can click the box 'use local mapping' and change the I & J length values? Vectorworks won't let me change the numbers! Please help
