  5. about sketchup import. c4d r17 got skp import(skp 2015 version too), but remesher is not so clean as in vw and can not convert skp's component to c4d's instance. But it also import camera and skp's curves What's going with skp import in vw 2016?

  7. Hello If you have c4d, several versions how to do it: 1. using of bezier nurbs(this method is closer or similar for objects of VW) 2. or using of cloth simulation for modeling of such tent structure

  9. Hello Marionette will be cool thing! Can we transfer object from subdivision tool as Subdivision/hypernurbs surface to c4d? Also will VW team support RW/C4Dware? Or develop own ray-tracer, like allplan team or revit 2016 gave new ad's rt raytracer.
  10. I check out via different ifc's analyzers/checkers/viewers, ifc file has a few issues in nodes of ifc specifications. I sent bug report to developers of another AEC app. But of course wanted to know or look up to log, what does vw "dislike" in ifc file?!

  16. Hello i often meet such videos made in game engines or based at it, like Lumion. Architect prepared "volume", project docs in archicad, revit and etc., then made presentation by himself or by assistant-visualzer in lumion and speak with clients with showing of project's presentation. I'm beginning rare to use C4D standalone in my works . Before i used it for example to make organic forms with non-organic characteristics. Sample, need to make artificial rock-wall. I used sculpting and explode geometry by xPlode plug-in in c4d - It got form like if i used displacement but it was really realistic and procedural. For creation of land prototype How to make in pic: 1. i add geo-location in sketchup, show 3d-layer with terrain data 2. unlock mesh, select and mark vertexes(put guide point) by sketchup plug-in - Fredo6 Tools - "mark vertices" i add sketchup file too
  23. I really like new help system... i have not love to adobe air based I have not make complex project yet. All works well for me.
