I'm in agreement, the problem is that any files that have now been through his/her machine now won't open - even if they were to buy a copy themselves. The problem is that the files are now unuseable.

Since the last service pack update, I now cannot open files that come from an unnamed freelancer. Previously it would give me a warning that they were created on an illegal copy, but it did then open the file. Now I just get the warning and the file doesn't open. The problem is I now cant open various old site surveys that I won't to go back to. Can anyone help? (vw 2011 sp5)
