I am trying to render a drawing of a custom curved screen for a project I am working on. I need to render some still shots of video content onto the surface but as it is not a "screen object" I am struggling to figure out how to make it work.
Perhaps my approach is wrong. I started with an arc that matches the curve of the screen and then extruded the arc to the full height of the screen. This is where I get stuck, I can add the texture to the arc, but it does not render onto the surface, instead it renders onto the 3D object "the pie wedge" created by extruding the arc.
