I did a google search the other day for furniture.I found one site from the google.This contains really nice interior home works,i visited there.This is really helpful to take nice ideas to make your home more beautiful.This will be helpful for you.I will be next time post that site name here.

It is set in the Attributes Palette after you have the object selected.Edit your symbol and the extrudes inside it to get back to the original 2D objects and make sure those have the fill set to something other than None.
