JORDAN ECKERLING

Hi. I'm working on Vectorworks 2011. I imported a pdf as a base plan layer and that was okay, but something has changed and now all I see is a gray block and whatever I import is also a gray block (with an X across). I also tried jpgs with the same result. I'm sure it's a simple setting that needs adjusting, but it's making me crazy. Can anyone help please?
