Take a plan layer at, say, 1/4" scale, complete with text notations on the same layer as the plan. Thinking you want to export it at 1:1 scale, you change the layer scale to 1:1.
The objects enlarge OK, but many of the text boxes (those that were composed with the Callout tool) are now constrained to a single character width, yielding the result unusable.
As a workaround, select all of the Callout objects and change their Max Text Width to say, 48" in the 1:1 layer. The text box is fixed!
Then change the layer scale back to 1:48, say, and you notice that the text box is now way off the page!
I recall that this isn't a new issue, and I think there is a problem with many of the PIOs, like the North Arrow, for instance.
These problems are annoyances, and it seems like these "tools" aren't really very smart.
Any fixes in the near future?
