Nevermind. I found the answer in an earlier post. It was an overlap problem.

Can anyone tell me how (if) I can "cut" the ends off of a sweep object. I am trying to model sections of spiral HVAC ducting. I can create a sweep that looks pretty good, but I need to "cut" the ends off square to get the length just right and so I don't have the "tails" on both ends. I sense that I probably have to convert the object from a sweep to something else before I can do that.
