Vulcan do you have Photoshop 6 ? If so Photoshop 6 has the ability to create gif animation, you could export your 2d plan to an image file then import it into Photoshop's gif program Imageready and create an animated arrow that way ------------------ Heath Moloney Slavin Architects

In addition to my previous post we had a curious situation happen overnight which I (a) have no idea how it happened and (b) would like to re-create. We rendered our basic animation using Renderworks and the animation file that was created was only 16k, we figured this was a Mac OS bug, but after further investigation found that the animation file was linked to the original Vectorworks file and ran quite well. Does anyone know what I have done and how I can re-produce it ? ------------------ Heath Moloney Slavin Architects

we are trying to create a particularly long and detailed animation of a proposed library. Does anyone have any tips on ways to reduce the animation rendering length of time. Currently it is taking about 24 hours to do part of the animation. ------------------ Heath Moloney Slavin Architects
