  1. Got it. If I go to Tools>Format text and choose the size, that size will be the standard until I switch it again. Simple answer! Thanks!
  2. I have been able to set up standards for my dimensions but I can't seem to figure out how to set a standard text size for that dimension. The size it gives me is way too big for what I am detailing, it would be a headache to edit the text on each dimension. I know I can custom select all dimensions when I am done and change them at once but then my dimension positioning is off. Surely there is a way to set this up from the start?? Thanks!
  3. All of these answers have worked to some extent. Thanks all!
  4. To create graphic elevations I imported image files (.jpg) and placed them (to scale) with my elevation. When I reopen the file I am prompted to locate the linked files. When I do, they show up at a ridiculous scale in random order. I've never been prompted to relink image files before. There were many files and re-scaling and placing them would take several hours, any help?
  5. I am importing images from illustrator to vectorworks 2008 which have a transparent background (to be specific the image is a tree with many tiny leaves). I know I can import it or even copy and paste it then change the fill (in vectorworks) to none and have the white background disappear. Here is the problem: When I do this the entire background never disappears, there is always a thin white trim around the tree branches and leaves which doesn't exist in the original image... I have tried to import in every manor including .dwg and .dxf, .tif, .png, .jpg, etc.
