I am getting this error below when trying to open Vector Works 12.5.0 on a Windows XP system with SP3 installed. I have tried to remove VW and all traces from the registry and reinstalling but I still get this error message every time. I have also tried installing to a different directory. On searching on Google for this error I can find not one result. Any help would be great on this issue, my next step would be to format the PC.
