Hi I was wondering if anyone could help, One of our users keeps getting thfe following error " The color palette 'classic vectorworks colors' could not be read from disk. Once it has been replaced or fixed, please try again" followed by " This file is now corrupt on disk. Try saving this file to a different location. If you close this file before you successfully save it, it will be completely lost." The user is working from his desktop and not saving on the server. Also this machine has had a brand new hard drive installed Thanks

Hi I was wondering if anyone can help at all We recently rolled out VW 2008 to all our Mac users company wide approximately 100 users) We are now experiencing some issues 1. When a user is working on a file and the auto backup feature kicks in ( we have set it for every 15minutes, and its saving to a folder on the server) Vectorworks crashes and all files are lost. 2. Another user is getting the following error when saving directly to the server " The File save operation failed.please try again or save to a different location" I have tired saving the file to a different location and still get the same error. Some background information: We are all on Macs running 10.5.7 and running Vectorworks 2008 with SP3. Only a few users are getting this issue. I have already tried the following: * Rebuilding the machine * uninstalling VW and reinstalling * deleting VW prefs Has anyone else been experiencing the same issues or could help at all?
