How does one go about creating a database worksheet?

I've been using 12.5 for a long time, and now I work at a company that uses 2008. I understand you are supposed to be able to use the worksheets to enter data for lights. When I do this it doesn't update data on the lights, it just keeps the data in the worksheet. Then when I export to Lightwright I am getting double the instruments. How do I update instrument data via worksheets/reports like you would have with editable worksheets? Thanks

So I went and made my Custom Title Block. When you make a Data field starting with P_ that info is supposed to be on all title blocks in the drawing. Does that only work if you put a titleblock in a layer, and not only in sheets?

The Circuit Name is Right Justified, it is outside the symbol. This is a problem that doesn't happen on every fixture. I found a work around, I had to go in and replace those fixtures that had this problem. The crappy thing was I had 30 fixtures and info to replace. And by replace I had to delete the instrument and put a new one in. Simply changing the instrument didn't do anything. There must be a better fix for this.

I'm having this issue with Label Legends in 12.5. I create a Label Legend, then when I put it on instruments, some of the Fields get moved around on some of the instruments. For Example, I use Circuit Name and Number, and put them right next to each other so that they look like 1 number. On some Instruments the Circuit name moves up and over so they no longer are where they should be. VW Spotlight 12.5.3 Windows XP Sp3 Pentium 4 2.80GHz 512 MB of Ram
