Hi All, After a traumatic weekend, I find myself having to reinstall VW 2018 (and every other app) on my Windows 10 pc. Excuse my ignorance but, can I just use the latest SP6 updater or do I have to start from the beginning and then install all subsequent SP updates? All help appreciated, many thanks in advance. Deck

Hi, I'm using VW 2018 Fundamentals SP1 and still have this problem. It's no biggie really the Ctrl9 thing works but it is something I do quite often. If I 'create blank document' the icon is there top left and works OK. If I 'use document template' even a VW preinstalled one the icon disappears. Strange. Regards

Thanks Ray, all that right clicking and so on did eventually indicate I have the latest driver.

Downloaded latest version (14/01/2009) from XFX website, went to Add/Remove programs, removed anything Nvidia, double clicked on new download and let it do its stuff. Please tell me this is wrong and if I did it properly everything would be peachy!

Hi everyone, I'm afraid I have nothing constructive to add to this discussion other than to say all of the above applies to me also. Having upgraded to 2009 (SP2 Build 99197) from 12.5 at the beginning of the year and after a few days I was back on 12.5. I don't understand why this only affects some people and not all. Hopefully the more people that add to this will spur NNA onto releasing a fix asap. ps.All my work is fairly simple 2D stuff. All drivers up to date. Cheers guys.

Hi Reading about these problems is music to my ears (sorry everyone, I thought it was just me!). I upgraded to 2009 at the beginning of January and had problems straight away, the install disk came without two .dll files(?) needed for install. Got them from NNA via my local reseller, installed no problem. Then the display and general 'slowness' problems started, below is an email I sent last week to my supplier, before I started reading this thread, still waiting for a response. I'm having a few problems with VW 2009, it all seems a tad slow, a slight delay when doing anything. When zooming in and out using the mouse scroll wheel the picture pixelates/disappears to a total blur and then takes a second or two before re-drawing. It's really frustrating me, to the point where I'm not using it at the moment and have gone back to VW 12.5 which works perfectly well on the same machine. I believe my computer should 'eat' VW 2009, the spec being considerably higher than the 'recommended'. Have you had any other users with problems, what spec machines are they using? All drivers are up-to-date including graphics card from XFX/nVidia websites. Can you please offer any suggestions? I've got a 400 quid upgrade gathering dust at the moment. Many thanks.
